Bring Your Name To Life Minercaft

On Tuesday, Kathy's  kaiawhina had a chance to bring their name to life in Minecraft. First we had to plan out what our name was going to look like. 

My name was quite hard because I had a lot of letters in my name but I still managed to do it. I choose to use a light blue and a dark blue with a block lamp in the middle of my name. 

Next, we had to do a boarder around our name so it could stand out more. I just used dark blue blocks with a light blue glass. 

Since my name was long, it took me time and I had to finish it next week! When I was finished, I really loved it. I could of used different colors but I'm still happy with my name though.

Our dadwaver story

 For writing at school, we had to create our own dadwaver. This is the story that I came up with.

As I watch the contestant right next to me makes me soo nurse as the bike's mighty  roar makes a scene in my head and the high-pitched skids they do makes me think it’s all a dream. They all try to bump each other off their bikes to get a head start. “ Good luck to you ‘cause you gonna need it,” I hear from the proud contestant. The light dirty sand gets into one of my eyes and it starts to sting. One of the racers got bumped off their bike. She took 5 deep breaths and then rode down the lumpy hill as fast as she could. Racing down the lumpy hill makes me faster and faster as I ride in front of everyone The blazing sun shines upon us and makes us more and more sweaty.Why do people hate? I race down like a speeding bullet and come first place.

 For math, we had to create a 7 digit number and make a screenCastify. This is the number I had to say.

After we had done our screenCastify, we had to create another number and had to create something else to show our working out. I did 1, 234,567.
